Male sensitive breasts can occur if you are obese due in part to fat that has begun to settle in the area. What’s more, breasts in men can become enlarged because the tissue in the breast area is over developed. You may have an abnormal amount of the female hormone known as estrogen in your body. The medical name for this problem is called gynaecomastia. Although breast cancer is very rare in men, it’s important to have a checkup with your doctor, especially if one breast is much larger than the other.

That said there are a few ways to help decrease male sensitive breasts naturally. One of the first things you want to do is avoid estrogen in every way possible. You can do this avoiding alcohol because alcohol affects the liver and decreases the amount of estrogen that is moved out of your body. Another way to reduce sensitivity in male breasts is to stay away from milk and dairy products. Not many know this but many cows are given estrogen by farmers to produce more milk. Choose organic milk instead to avoid the excess estrogen.

Something else you could consider is increasing the amount of testosterone in your body. Testosterone is the male sex hormone that works against the amount of estrogen in your body and combats male breast tissue. So there you have it, some simple, natural ways to battle against male sensitive breasts. When you use these tips consistently and effectively, the results can be life changing.

Male Breasts During Puberty

Puberty is a tough time for everyone. There are many different changes that occur in both the male and female bodies and some even occur in both. With hormones out of whack and tons of physical (sometimes embarrassing) changes, the last thing pubescent males want to really think about is how large their breasts are getting. Unfortunately, this process is a fact of life and can become fairly pronounced in some boys.

Although it is a natural process and many young boys will undergo this change, there are still social ramifications for many young boys that go hand in hand with their breasts enlarging and, in some cases, becoming more sensitive. Nevertheless, the whole process only takes a few months to a year or so at most. Once this is done, the boy’s breasts should return to a normal size and should match the underlying musculature. However, if the problem persists, medical attention may be needed.

By going to a doctor, if the breast enlargement hasn’t minimized itself, there will be a chance to see if there are any abnormalities in the boy’s body. Because many of the hormones that help boys to become men are derivatives of those that help girls become women, there is a good chance that there could be a hormone imbalance or it may just be the boys natural body clock reducing the size later than what seems normal.
